As a team we are focused on making a strong contribution to the national rugby culture and Auckland’s LGBTQ community by encouraging players of all sexual orientations to become part of our inclusive team.
The Bingham Cup is in essence the World Cup of gay and bisexual rugby union teams worldwide. It was created by the International Gay Rugby Association and Board (IGRAB), which was founded to promote rugby union as an all-inclusive, non-discriminatory sport which everyone can play, regardless of sexuality.
Funds raised here will be used to support the current traveling party of players and associated representatives at the 2018 Bingham Cup in Amsterdam, as well as for future IGR tournaments and events in which the Falcons aim to have a continued strong presence.
