    SHOCKED! DISHESRTENED!

    We received a shocker from DHL about NZ Customs charges. I really felt like crying. It seems like we've had one jolt after another getting this product.

    This is the message:

    I took out the link and waybill number from the message so I could post it here.

    This is really the two of us at Harbour Hospice. But as I want to respect my sister's privacy - I didn't want her to be clearly identified.

    The staff at Harbour Hospice are truly amazing. The doctors, nurses, and support team go above and beyond to ensure that every patient is cared for with dignity, compassion, and comfort.

    This is where my sister is right now, and seeing the care she is receiving has been reassuring for our family.

    Looking back, I wish we had spoken more with her about her concerns regarding hospice care, because now that she's here, she can see for herself that she is being well looked after and supported.

    We still have some concerns and challenges ahead. However, those concerns do not mean our fight is over. We remain hopeful, determined, and committed to exploring every opportunity that may help improve her quality of life and give her the best possible chance moving forward.

    Thank you to everyone who continues to support, encourage, and keep our family in their thoughts during this journey. 💜

    There are moments in life when we wish we could do more for someone we love.

    Right now, our family is doing everything we can to help Tania as she faces one of the biggest battles of her life. We have created the Hope for Tania Givealittle page to help raise funds for a six-month supply of The Incurables program, giving her another opportunity to fight for her health and future.

  • Unexpected Cost

    I received an email today showing that I needed a Customs number. I called customs and they told me that I would have to pay a customs fees of 15% of the value of the product because we ended up having to pay a little over $1000. And if it's coming from the USA, you have to pay a customs fee.

    How rude is that?
