Help Irina get her mother out of Kyiv, Ukraine.

My amazing sister-in-law Irina is travelling to Barcelona to do whatever she can to rescue her mother who lives on her own in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is working with refugee agencies to get her mother to safety. This is difficult to organise from NZ so she will base herself in Barcelona until she can organise to meet her mother, possibly in Poland. She is leaving tomorrow and it’s unknown how long this will take. Please contribute whatever you can towards her travel and accommodation costs.

I am overjoyed to share the wonderful news with you – our mission is accomplished! After 18 months of anticipation and careful planning, my mother has made the heartfelt decision to accompany me from Kiev to New Zealand. We are now happily settled in our little paradise, experiencing the joy of safety, peace, and the exciting challenge of adapting to new circumstances.
Your support and encouragement throughout this journey have been invaluable. Your words of encouragement and positivity were a constant source of strength, making this transition smoother and more manageable.
