10 weeks post op things are going so very well since surgery im 43kgs lighter all my health elements are gone been taken off all meds so loving life right now!!!
So i thank everyone who helped out means the world to me and just wanted to give you a little update of how things are going...
5 Mondays to go until i be on the slab in Christchurch getting my operation very exciting times ahead!!
1 week to go and we on the optifast diet for 3 weeks have all supplies sorted plus a lot of the stuff i be needing once i start my journey...
6 weeks clean living almost hit the 10kg lost mark extra bonus before the optifast diet!!!
Can not wait to take you all on my journey
Just over 6 weeks to go till surgery day still in such a great head space, 31 days clean and loving it plus the good thing with that have cut eating all bad foods and bad eating habits, still off the fizzy drinks its either water or a cuppa of tea or coffee...
My pup has been a awesome thing to come in to my life keeps me on my toes
Hi team just a quick note so in the last 3 weeks i have managed to shred 7kg feeling really positive about the new journey ahead about 7 weeks till operation time is going by fast
So got a really awesome phone call today date has been brought forward to the 22/3 exciting times ahead
Hi everyone just want to let you know everything went very well with the Christchurch Weight Loss team we have a game plan and date for operation which is 12th of April with a chance we could be done in March if space becomes available at the hospital
