It’s hard to believe it’s been a month since we found out Jeff has “months” left.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to Jeff’s Givealittle, shared our story, sent messages, gifted experiences or followed along. Your support means more than words can say.

I’ve created Jeff’s Legacy in the Making Facebook and Instagram page, where you can follow Jeff’s bucket-list adventures and memories.

So far, Jeff has ticked two things off:

❄️Take our dogs to the snow — we got them touching a little snow, so it was close enough to tick off!

🏎️Drive a Lamborghini, rotary or drift car — thanks to some incredible people, Jeff experienced a rotary, Lamborghini, burnout car AND drove around Hampton Downs.

✈️ Next stop…the South Island!

We’re heading away at the end of September for a road trip and to celebrate 10 years together. Queenstown was our first holiday, so celebrating on 2 October with a Milford Sound cruise feels incredibly special.

We’re also working on recreating our wedding day, including Jeff’s brothers from Australia who couldn’t be there because of Covid.

Jeff is doing okay. He’s in some pain, but we’re trying alternative remedies and doing everything we can to keep him comfortable. But you still wouldn’t know he’s sick.

To be completely honest, we are absolutely exhausted. But we’re focusing on just getting through each day and making memories together.
