Help Jitend get back on his feet after many health challenges.

My name is Jitend Chand and help is needed to overcome a difficult period. For months, severe depression, anxiety, sinus infection, asthma and a persistent lung infection have made it impossible to work.

Initially, my anxiety and depression, which had been managed well became overwhelming with workplace bullying. A stubborn lung infection then developed due to my sinus infection while waiting on the waiting list for 4 years for sinus removal which is publicly funded and still no luck. The procedure is now have to be done privately by a specialist in a privately owned hospital. Due to all this physical illness, mental health struggles were compounded resulting in constant exhaustion and difficulty breathing.

The physical toll of the lung & sinus infection, fatigue, asthma and constant discharge of mucus has been a major obstacle. The physical illness has intensified my mental health struggles. Isolation and worry have increased my anxiety and the ability to work and support myself.

A cycle exists where my mental health makes it hard to fight the physical illness.

I take pride in work and the thought of returning to a normal life is motivating. Any contribution big or small will make a world of difference. Thank you for your kindness and support.
