Help Josh’s body come home

On Monday we lost a brother / son / uncle and much loved family member to suicide. Josh was diagnosed with leukaemia in late 2019, at the age of only 24. Since then he has been on chemo tablets managing his symptoms.

Josh went on holiday to Brazil to enjoy the somewhat normal life he was still living before he was due to start a lengthy and life saving cancer treatment.

Due on his return josh was declined managed isolation in quarantine in New Zealand , while over in Brazil his health deteriorated and he couldn’t see a way out of this dark hole he found himself in / unable to come home to family and the support he needs . We now face an impossible and lengthy process of bringing his body home from Brazil so we can lay him to rest. These funds will go towards the funeral / costs of bringing him home from Brazil which is a minimum of $13000 , supporting the family so they can take the time to grieve and not have to worry about bills to pay.
