Keep Tauranga Beautiful is raising money to help with local clean up events throughout Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.
Keep Tauranga Beautiful (KTB) vision:
Minimising waste for the benefit of our local community and the global environment.
KTB is a non-profit organisation committed to taking better care of our community and our environment. KTB assists with community clean up projects to remove litter and to divert material from landfill. We are also involved in restoration and tree planting projects. We work toward zero waste through reduce, reuse and recycling initiatives.
Having this iconic brand here is fantastic news for our city. It opens up all sorts of new opportunities for individuals, organisations and businesses to help tidy and beautify our city and it means national support for the good things that are already happening here.
We encourage more local organisations and businesses to adopt a public area and focus on keeping it clean and tidy.
We need your help to provide more support to local clean up events. Our volunteers help facilitate clean up events and ensure their successful operation, as well as ensuring as much material is diverted from landfill as possible. You can help us provide that much needed support.
Any donations will be spent on helping our volunteers support clean up events happening around our city. This includes supplying the equipment required to run a successful clean up.
