Hey everyone! So I have finished camp and made my way across to Edmonton. Over the past weekend I competed in the Alberta Provincial tournament and had an incredible time. I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind hearts, I wouldn’t be able to go to worlds without your help and it means the world to me knowing there are all these people supporting me. I’m excited for what is to come and shoot on the international stage. Thank you

  • Counting down to Lac La Biche

Hi folks, Lily has finished the main summer camp portion of her trip and is gearing up to support the arthritis camp that starts next week. With only three weeks to go before we head over, she's booked in to compete in a local competition as part of her training schedule and huge thanks to Lucie in Edmonton for inviting Lily to stay with her while that's all on. The archery community is so great and supportive and we can't thank you all enough for your kind donations and words of support.

  • Quick update from Lily

      19 July 2024

Hi all, Paul here. Lily has been working at the summer camp in Canada for several weeks now and unlike last year (forest fires, scorching heat) has put up with days of torrential rain, a stinky head cold and a gastro bug that struck the camp. Gah!

She's extending her time at camp so she can spend two weeks helping with Arthritis Camp at the end of the season. This is a shorter summer camp for kids with arthritis and while it means fewer days in training for Lily, she really wanted to help out.

I've included a link to Camp Tamakwa's promo video so you can see where she is.

Thanks again for all your donations - it'll really help Lily out.

  • Lily's in Canada, Huzzah!

      17 June 2024

This is Paul here. Lily has made it up to Canada where she will spend the next couple of months teaching archery at one of summer camps before getting into training for the competition. She wanted to thank you all for your support and kind words, as do I.
