Morena Whanau and Friends,
Yesterday at 12pm Lois was wheeled into Surgery at Waitakere Hospital full of worry and nerves. The surgery seems to have gone well! This time around the surgeon was able to see a lot more clearly and was able to locate and remove all cancerous tissues and nodules that were missed in the last. Lois will have these sent off for more testing but is very thankful to the team who carried out the operation.
Lois is so grateful and overwhelmed with all the Love, Support and Positivity around her going into this surgery. She is now in recovery mode and will need a few weeks to heal.
Thank you all for the lovely kind words of support and all your kind generous donations. Thank you to all who have taken time out of their busy lives to pop over to the Gibbons Residence to see her whilst in limbo leading up to these surgery’s , it really helped keep her mental health in check.
Many thanks to each and every one of you for your love and great support for Lois during this time. Your care and kind words have been a true support for her. Much love to you all!
