Lucy C recovery from spinal fusions

  • 12 weeks post op update

      24 April 2023

So it has been 12 weeks since alter body spinal fusion of my L4/S1. So far the pains and sciatica have not gone away at all. Have had a xray that shows the replacement disks sitting in the correct area but has not started fusion process yet.

Thank you all for your donations they are all so greatly appreciated 🙏 😊 ❤️.

  • 1 week post-op

      3 February 2023

Last Tuesday lucy had an alter interbody spinal reconstruction.

Going in from her stomach removing remaining old broken disk and putting a new synthetic disk in. Removing healthy bone from her hip to fuse in the new disk with the ones above and bellow plus a cage around all that to hold it in position.

So some great news but also this means a long recovery of 12 weeks and on top of that 12 months for the spine to heal and fuse.

If you have time contact lucy and pop in for a visit.

Thank you all for you kind donations and future support it helps alot to keep her stress levels down with debts of medical and business.❤️
