Lynn and Art Noanoa have lost everything after Cyclone Gabrielle - please donate to help them get back on their feet.
Bay View, Hawke's Bay
After moving to Hawke's Bay and building a home to retire to in “paradise", Lynn and Art Noanoa have lost everything after Cyclone Gabrielle, their new home, cars and all household belongings. Their insurance might cover the big ticket items but having to set up from scratch will be expensive.
Within 5 or 10 minutes the water was up to their necks, and they frantically clambered over their fence to higher ground, forced to leave their German Shepherd Nalu behind, but were thankfully able to save her two hours later.
Lynn and Art are known throughout the Hutt Valley, after spending over thirty years running Hutt City Dance Centre (The Studio) and serving the community through Art's work with animal services.
If you have a spare dollar please donate - every little bit helps and the kind of people Lynn and Art are I know they will be helping their wider community in the coming days and not just focusing on themselves 🙏

Kip and I have been friends with Lynn and Art for over 35 years, I taught at Hutt City Dance Centre. This is our way of showing our support.
