Help make lasting precious memories

Hi FF, one of our own Anaru (Andrew) had devastating news.

His heart function is down to 23% & he's now on the urgent transplant list, has begun dental treatment & tissue matching to get him ready for heart transplant surgery.

He was also been started on special non-funded new cardic medication which costs $185 per month.

This extra cost plus costs of GP visits almost weekly plus after each Hospital admission & travel costs back n forth for regular testing etc

Anaru unable to work - these costs mount up & it's almost unaffordable just to keep him alive.

Hales is looking after her hubby & their 2 boys & so, making the most of family time & making memories is super important when the future is out of their hands.

*For $1200* we have sourced a super solid large healthy Canvas 3 room family tent in which these memories can be made. Sadly in reality, they may not have a happy "anything beyond" this, if Andrew's health deteriorates & or a donor can't be found.

FYI - They need Canvas because he can't get a chill & the cold & huge potential for chest infections can potentially kill him.

The rest of $ raised will be used to get camping equipment, cover power & the like so Anaru can have his heart monitor device & other medical equipment function anywhere.

FYI His Heart monitor (see pic - white machine) plugs in & sends data direct to Transplant team & Cardiologist 24/7.

We will soon post up a list of camping equipment etc that we are aiming to purchase going forward. 🤩
