Help manage mum's pain
Trying to raise money for my mum to get sativex for help with her pain and spasms from her MS

My mum has had MS now for 6 years and is confined to a wheelchair and living in a care facility.
She struggles with pain and uncontrollable spasms 24/7 and is on many different medications to try and keep her pain and spasms under control, but with very little success.
Her constant pain and spasms stop her from doing every daily task that we take for granted, brushing her teeth, even lifting a spoon to feed herself leaves her in tears from the pain.
It is so hard for me to watch her struggling everyday and it's not going to get any better for her as her MS progresses, it's only going to get worse
Mum can have sativex ( medicinal Cannabis) which has proven to be the only thing that relieves her pain and allows her some range of movement
Sadly this prescription is $1200 per month and mum is on a sickness benefit and cannot afford to pay for this relief on her own.
I am asking that if anyone else can appreciate and understand the quality of life that sativex could allow my mum to have and could spare any little amount to help her be able to afford to get this, we would be so eternally grateful
Use of funds
Funds will be used directly to her doctor to get the script for sativex
