Helping a young woman achieve her sporting dreams of representing Aotearoa in rhythmic gymnastics.
International
Maria Malkova is an unbelievably humble and hardworking young woman. At 15 years old, she does not have a regular teenage life. Maria has dedicated every second of her spare time to rhythmic gymnastics since she was 4 years old. It's what she was born to do, and she's absolutely incredible at it. She has earnt the title of New Zealand champion 4 times within various categories. In 2019, Maria was selected to be in the squad which represents Aotearoa internationally. However, as we all know, COVID happened. Since then, she has continued to unwaveringly pursue her passion, working tirelessly for the last 4 years to keep up her skills. Due to this, she has qualified again for the team to represent our country. This is where we need your help. I don't know anyone who fights as hard to achieve their goals like this young woman does. Maria’s family need $20,000 to send her abroad to represent Aotearoa and make her dreams come true. Any donation is graciously appreciated. Thank you so much for your time!
Elena (Maria's mum) is my good family friend, a woman of undying spirit who has always been there for others.
Costs to cover Maria and Elena's trips to Australia and Singapore to compete representing NZ in rhythmic gymnastics.
