Help maria Get her husband's body home

On Thursday, 16 April, Maria’s world was shattered when her beloved husband was tragically killed in a car accident. In a single moment, she lost her partner, her support, and the father of her four children.

Maria is now facing life as a widow in a foreign country, far from her wider family and support network. Alongside the overwhelming grief, she is carrying the heavy responsibility of caring for her children during an unimaginably difficult time.

One of Maria’s deepest wishes is to return her husband home to Zimbabwe so he can be laid to rest among his family, ancestors, and homeland. Unfortunately, the costs of repatriation are far beyond what Maria can manage on her own while navigating this sudden loss.
