Helping Maria fund her sick leave
Belmont, Auckland
Our bubbly, talented teacher and friend has just resettled in NZ with her three kids, bought a new home on her own and had all her balls in the air until last month.
Maria has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and while the outlook is positive, she has the extra stress of very limited sick leave as she’s just started teaching in NZ last year.
We’d love to take that worry off her shoulders and help her take time with recovery post-surgery by knowing her mortgage will be covered while she’s off work.
Let’s be her village and get this magical lady well again.

Our very own first year teacher drive Maria to a check up on Friday and now we all want a turn as it looked like such fun and in Ruby’s words “Best Day Ever!”
