Help me achieve my yearning for learning

For as long as I can remember, I have had such an affinity for learning new information, sharing that information, and from that; educating others. However, until this year - I didn't have an outlet for any of these skills. The World Scholars Cup organization allows international youth to come together and compete against each other in debates, exams, essay writing, and a team bowl. In the regional round that was held in Wellington, my team ranked 1st place in the exam and 4th overall, but individually I ranked 3rd overall in the essay, 2nd in the challenge Social Studies, 9th in the debating, and was the 7th champion scholar. Since we did so well, my team qualified to compete at the Global round held in Sydney during August this year.

But the main difference from the Wellington round to the Global round is the increase in price for travel, entry fees, accommodation, and food. This support and funding would allow me to showcase and develop my skills of the curriculum, debating, and essay writing - whilst also educating and learning from other students representing a variety of different countries/delegations. I need the first part of my funding, $1500, by July 29th, otherwise, I can't compete in this amazing competition, with people who share the same love for learning and sharing. After I graduate, my goal is to train and become a pediatrician - competing in the World Scholars Cup benefits my future and raises my chances of gaining scholarships and acceptance to college/university.
