I met with the surgeon and have been told that I have 3 months to lose 6kg 😉 which given I did 20kg in 3 months, I'm sure to smash that goal especially now I have begun a 3 month 3 optifast shakes a day and swimming, I may very well do it within a fortnight 🤔😉
