Our Story

We are reaching out with hope and a heartfelt request for support for Mini George, who is currently undergoing treatment for kidney transplant in India.

Mini George travelled to India in 2025 from New Zealand, but sadly, she became seriously unwell. Her condition has made a kidney transplant necessary, and she now faces a challenging and emotional journey towards recovery. To give Mini the best possible chance of receiving the urgent treatment she needed, she is still in India for her transplant.

This has been an emotional and frightening journey for Mini and everyone who loves her. Alongside the fear and uncertainty of serious illness, her family is facing the substantial costs of surgery, hospital care, medication, travel, and ongoing recovery.

We are urgently hoping to raise NZ$60,000 to support Mini through her transplant and recovery. Her medical expenses are ongoing, and every day brings additional costs for treatment, hospital care, medication, and rehabilitation.
