Help my seriously unwell partner access the private scans, specialists and medical care she desperately needs.

I'm reaching out because my partner is incredibly unwell, and we're running out of options.

She has been suffering from severe abdominal and pelvic pain, extreme bloating, vomiting, and other distressing symptoms that have left her struggling every day.

She has several complex medical conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), POTS, and endometriosis. Her health has deteriorated significantly, requiring hospitalisation, strong pain relief, and ongoing medical attention.

Unfortunately, our experiences at Middlemore Hospital have left us feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply concerned about her care. We've faced difficulties getting clear answers, consistent communication, and investigations into why she is so unwell.

Watching someone you love suffer every day while feeling powerless to help is heartbreaking. All we want is to find out what's wrong and get her the treatment she desperately needs.

We've reached the point where we feel our best option is private healthcare, including specialist consultations, scans, further investigations, and potentially treatment.

Unfortunately, these costs are beyond what we can manage ourselves.

We're asking for help to give her a chance at getting answers, proper care, and hopefully her quality of life back.
