Help us ease the financial stress for our three girls while their Dad stays in ICU with their Mum at Auckland Hospital
Wellington
My mother in-law was recently admitted into Wellington Hospital being treated with a condition called Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA vasculitis)
This has caused a haemorrhage in her lungs essentially filling them up with blood and she is now relying on life support to keep her alive
She was rushed to Auckland hospital yesterday and her husband has gone with her as there is one more treatment option available which is the last resort.
She is the main source of income for this family and she is running out of leave available while being in hospital.
Her three girls age 25 (studying) ,22 (works part time) and 8 (in school) have been left with the financial stress of trying to find a way to pay for the rent, food and bills.
I want to help ease this financial stress from these amazing kids so that they focus on being there for each-other during this difficult time.
I am the sister-in-law to the girls these funds will be going too.
The funds will help cover rent, food and power bills for the girls and any expenses for my father-in- law while he is in Auckland to be with his wife. Funds will be going to my sister-in-law Elieta Lapana.
