Your help can make a significant impact on Paerau's ongoing recovery. On April 3rd, he suffered a severe accident that left him with debilitating heel injuries. Although he has undergone surgery, it will take time for him to heal, and he will remain in a wheelchair for the foreseeable future.

Furthermore, doctors have informed us that Paerau may always have some ongoing problems. The estimated time for a reasonable recovery is a year, and even then, it's unclear what type of work Paerau will be able to do. As someone who has always been extremely physically active, this is an incredibly challenging time both physically and mentally.
