Please help Paige in her fight against stage 4 Brain Cancer
Cambridge, Waikato
My beautiful Goddaughter Paige is only 26 years old, and on September 19th, 2024, she received the devastating and heartbreaking news that she had stage 3 aggressive brain cancer. Just a few short weeks later, on Friday, October 11, it progressed to stage 4 Astrocytoma, an incurable form of brain cancer and given less than 18 months to live.
Paige is one of the most caring and beautiful souls you could ever meet. She has always lit up every room with her smile and bubbly personality and kind warm heart. Every day, she faces the devastating reality of her diagnosis, yet she continues to show incredible strength and grace.
In addition to her Cancer treatment, Paige undergoes constant physiotherapy as her right side of her body has grown weak. She relies on a walking cane for support, a brace for her leg, and hand. These physical challenges add to the daily struggles she faces with such courage.
We are asking for your help to not only ease the financial burden of Paige’s treatment, but also to give her the chance to complete her bucket list while she still can. Her greatest wishes are to travel to Paris, spend precious time with her friends and family to create lasting memories with those she loves.
This diagnosis has stolen so much from Paige, but we hope to give her some light. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help make this possible.
Thank you for your kindness and for helping Paige and her family during this painful time.

Paiges fight - Latest Update 1 March 2025
Hi everyone, We want to begin by saying the biggest heartfelt thank you to everyone who has wrapped Paige and her family in so much love and support.
Despite everything, Paige has been making beautiful memories, living out some of her bucket list dreams, and holding onto hope for the adventures still to come — including her dream of getting to Paris.
But this journey has not been easy. The second round of chemo was particularly cruel. One of the medications didn’t agree with her body, causing her platelets to crash to a dangerously low 26 — when they should be at least 100. While spending some time on the Gold Coast last month, Paige started feeling unwell. Dark bruises started appearing all over her body, and she was admitted to hospital for two days to get her stable again.
We then had to wait a long, difficult ten days for her platelet levels to recover enough to restart chemo. It’s been a rollercoaster — physically and emotionally — but through it all, Paige continues to show us her incredible strength, her bravery, and her beautiful, gentle spirit.
In the midst of all this, a small piece of light — her hair has started to grow back, a reminder that even in the hardest times, her body is still fighting alongside her.
We truly cannot thank you all enough for your love, every donation, every kind word and your prayers, . It gives Paige strength and reminds her — and all of us — that we’re not walking this road alone.
With love and gratitude Paige and Family X
