Abitha and her family wants to return to India as along with their Visa problems, she is having pancreatic cancer.
Manukau, Auckland
Ronald and Abitha with their three children moved to New Zealand on a visitors visa in March 2023, believing the information from their agency that they would be granted a work visa upon their arrival which was not the reality.
Disaster struck just before they appealed their declined work visa application to immigration, where Abitha was sadly diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, which has already spread to the liver and surrounding organs, requiring urgent treatment. As they won't be able to receive free treatment in NZ due to their immigration status, they need to travel to India as soon as possible. They are in a dire financial situation as they had to take out loans in India to come here.
They would greatly appreciate any donations that will enable them to travel to India and get urgent treatment for Abitha. The children are aged 17, 12 and 4. Every donation, small or large, will make a difference.
