Māui and Hector's dolphins need our help. Too many dolphins are being killed. Please help protect Māui and Hector's today.
Nationwide
Māui and Hector's dolphins are the smallest marine dolphin and only found here in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
They are at risk of extinction.
Government policies allow more than 50 to be killed by the fishing industry every year. Fast Track projects like deep sea mining and oil and gas mining put them at risk even more. And then there's climate change!
They need your help.
Please support our campaigns to protect Hector's.
For the dolphins.
For the future.
We are a non-profit Incorporated Society and registered Charity dedicated to protecting Māui and Hector's dolphins throughout their range.
We run a range of creative campaigns including school and community engagement, to spread the care for New Zealand's own dolphin, so it's safe from extinction.
Your funds will go directly into campaigning to save New Zealand's dolphins. Funds will be used for: Educational and informational resources and materials, Promotion and advertising, Design and campaign development, Staff costs, Campaign materials such as life sized dolphins and other props, Campaign costs such as transport of equipment and Advertising.
