A 12 year old girl just sitting with some friends this weekend at the Glenfield McDonalds suffered horrible injuries from a stranger. I hate the thought of our kids not being safe to go out and enjoy quality time as they grow.

Glenfield is our community. This girl has had her confidence and joy knocked.

Let’s give back to her and her family and show them that NZ has good people who truely care.

Family of 12 year old attacked at McDonalds say Thank you!  20 June 2023

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all of the people who sent such lovely supportive messages and donations. We are truely humbled by the response to this page set up for our daughter and the gifts collected also. She is a taking each day as it comes but this and the gifts has returned a smile to her face when she needed to feel better.

A lot of community help has also been offered, such kindness is beyond our wildest imagination.

We will now take this time for her to heal by keeping our family close and her feeling loved. Once more the generosity of people in NZ has been a blessing. Thank you.
