Of the 731 public submissions to Auckland Council over 678 (93%) oppose Bayswater Marina Holdings Ltd’s resource consent application for residential development at Bayswater Marina.

Bayswater Community Committee is actively working on your behalf and have hired leading Planning, Traffic, Landscaping & Urban Design and Legal experts to represent our community’s views and objections with evidence at the Auckland Council hearing - starting Monday 28 March 2022.

We’ve raised over $10,000 but still need $65,000 for the 'Save Bayswater Marina Fighting Fund' to pay our experts. Their evidence needs to be submitted to Auckland Council by Friday 18 March 2022.

As a community and as public stakeholders in Bayswater Marina it is critical we use leading experts to represent our ‘oppose’ submissions to save Bayswater Marina and our coastline for current and future generations.
