Support Proyecto Titi with me as I shave my 'cotton top' on August 15th which is 'The day of the cotton top tamarin'
Taranaki
In case you don't know I am pretty grey now! In fact I am as grey as a badger and I have my own white cotton top going on! I have decided the time has come to go grey gracefully and so I want to shave my head and start again. It's something I have wanted to do for awhile now and I would like to raise some money doing so and support a cause important to me.
We have 2 critically endangered Cotton top tamarins at Brooklands Zoo and we promote a conservation project called Proyecto Titi out in Colombia that works to conserve the small wild population (of around only 6,000) Cotton top tamarins found only there. They also help the local communities to find ways to earn money without relying on the forest where the tamarins (and other species) live such as recycling plastics to make fence posts (instead of cutting trees down). All the money I raise will be used to plant native trees to form forest corridors between 2 protected reserves so that the tamarins can move safely between them to breed.

To assist the conservation project in which ever way they feel it is best spent
