We reach out with hope and humility to ask for your help to save the life of my husband, Mr. Asitha Perera — a loving father, devoted husband, and talented singer whose life has been suddenly changed by severe kidney failure.

At only 47 years old, Asitha is facing one of the hardest battles imaginable. His kidneys are no longer functioning properly, and doctors have confirmed that he urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. Because of his illness, he is unable to work, and the strength he once used to support our family and share his music with others is now spent simply trying to get through each day.

We have a 13-year-old son who still needs his father’s love, guidance, and protection. Watching his father grow weaker has been heartbreaking for our child and our family. Our greatest fear is the thought of a young boy growing up without his father.

At the same time, my mother is also battling cancer, placing additional emotional and financial strain on our family during this already painful time.

A kidney transplant is Asitha’s only chance at life — a chance to watch his son grow, return to music, and live without constant suffering. The total cost of treatment is about $30,000, far beyond what we can afford after losing our main source of income.
