Help Send Andres to Junior Theatre Festival Europe 2027

Hi, my name is Andres Abuyabor, I’m 13 years old, and theatre is the place where I feel most confident, creative, and myself. When I step onto a stage, I’m not just performing — I’m doing what I love most.

I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been selected to represent New Zealand as part of the Kiwi All Stars at the JTF in Europe. Along with around 20 other young performers, I’ve been given this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with professionals from the West End.

I’ll take part in intensive workshops in London and Birmingham, focused on acting, singing, and dancing, helping me grow not only as a performer but as a person. This experience will push me outside my comfort zone, challenge me to be better, and help me discover what I’m truly capable of on stage.

Being chosen for this opportunity means the world to me, but travelling to Europe comes with big costs. That’s why I’m asking for your help. Every donation, even just $1, helps turn this dream into reality and allows me to proudly represent New Zealand on an international stage.

Kiwi All-Stars is an elite performance group consisting of students from all over NZ. The group will be preparing an adjudication piece to perform at the JTF in Europe, they will get to work with and learn from West End theatre industry professionals in London. The trip is funded by each individual and is required to have an accompanying chaperone.
