Help Sheilla get an internationally recognized teaching qualification

Sheilla is a 32 year old teaching assistant at Galaxy International School in Uganda. She has an undergraduate degree in human resources but came to teach at Galaxy in 2020, where I was the Primary School Coordinator for two years. Sheilla was also my next door neighbour! Teaching Assistants in Uganda are paid very little and Sheilla is very skilled in the classroom. A UK colleague and I are both raising funds so that she can enrol for an online PGCE course at the University of Sheffield. We need to raise £4.000 (UK). This would mean she could work as a teacher in international schools in Uganda and greatly improved her earning capacity.
