Please help Snow find his Angel

Snow is 20 years old, he was born with Alport Syndrome, a terminal kidney disease that killed his Mum when Snow was 8 years old. He's mad on Sports & has represented Northland in Rugby League /13&/15s & also Northland Rugby 7s /18s. In 2019 he Captained Te Puna o Hokianga/13s in the Global Games Rugby Tournament beating St Thomas of Canterbury in the Quarters, YMP of Gisborne in the Semi & Auckland University in the Grand Final. The following week he & his team mates swapped codes & entered the NZ Maori Rugby League Provincial Tournament coming 3rd to Hawkes Bay.& Auckland. He also represented the North Island in NZ Area Schools in Rugby in 2021 & 2022 & Kiorahi in 2022. Last year while his kidneys were running at 12% He played Premier Reserves for Takapuna winning the competition & scoring 9 Tries. This year he decided to stop playing rugby as his hips were seizing up at the 60 minute mark & taking over a week to heal again. He has given his doctors strict instructions to put his new kidney up behind his rib cage so he can get some protection. You may know Snow from his viral YouTube video climbing on his horse Blue when he was 6 years old. Snow was schooled at Kaikohe Kura Kaupapa & for his last few Senior years he gained a scholarship to attend Mt Albert Grammer playing for the 1st XV in his last year & playing Rugby for Auckland Maori in 2023 & 24. He loved his time so much at the boarding house he has gone flatting with 4 of his boarding school mates all playing footy
