Help Susu make a full recovery

    Susu was able to come home today to start her 6 weeks bed rest. She is feeling great and we have a lot of care instructions to follow, but over the moon that she is with us again!

    Along with Susu we also took home the final invoice today, which all together came to $16,600. We appreciate everybody's donation this far and are keeping the page open for a while longer to give anyone else that would like to contribute a chance to do so.

    Susu had an amazing day today, when we came to visit she actually stood up (very clumsily) and was wagging her tail and she even tried to go for a little walk! Little princess is ready to go home but still has a little recovering to go before we can take her with us ❤️

    Susu has made such a huge improvement! We were able to hang out with her outside today, she was eating and giving kisses and really wanted to get up and run around which she sadly can’t yet. Everybody seems so impressed with her condition, we are staying positive and hoping if all goes well over the weekend, she will be able to have surgery to have a plate put in her fractured leg on Tuesday next week!

  • Progress

    Susu managed to wake up last night and was alert enough to sit up and eat on her own.

    Today she had a central line put in to help with her blood pressure and some of her wounds sutured. She is stable but not quite up for visitors tonight. I have uploaded some photos from last nights visit in the gallery. She’s a tough little cookie ❤️
