Tails is on his way to recovery and has now become more like a dog than ever 😂 he won't go out of my sight and will come everywhere with me, and has become quite the chatter box. He's still not allowed to roam free out side and won't be for some time but is enjoying laying in the grass to get some fresh air as much as possible. Hopefully we will find out soon how his foot is that's still in a cast, if he can bare any weight on it fingers crossed 🤞 he's young and has fixed over time.

After a long week tails is home :)

doing well lots of rest and love.

To everyone who has helped I am beyond grateful, you are all amazing humans, the most caring and supportive group that I could have ever wished for, I have definitely shed many tears over the fact so meany people are there for you when sometimes you feel truly overwhelmed.

    tails have had two surgeries.

First FHO removed the top of his femur and essentially making his back leg into a front leg.

(Going in we were under the impression this was all that was wrong and where happy to go ahead with this but when things changed)

Second to attach his growth plate in his knee with a Fue pins.

that may need to be removed at a later date, but we will see what happens.

he also has a lovely orange cast to help with some stability with his ankle.

have updated with a picture of him relaxing in bed :)
