Help the Atacador Family

  • Rest in Peace, Kent

      25 November 2019

On Friday Kent lost his battle, grew wings and took up a new residence in Heaven.

Thank you to everyone who has sent messages of support and so kindly donated. We will keep the page live over the coming weeks, as any additional support would be much appreciated to help pay medical bills and funeral costs.

Rest in eternal peace Kent. We know you will be smiling that big smile as you watch over your family.

    We love you x

  • Updating our goal

      20 November 2019

As you will see we have reached our original goal of $20k which is absolutely incredible - however with all the ongoing medical costs for Kent we have adjusted that goal.

Any little bit helps, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts xxx

  • Kent is in ICU

      20 November 2019

Kent is currently in the intensive care unit with pcp pneumonia requiring oxygen to breathe. This is the result of Kents low immune system as he fights brain cancer. It has been a physical, mental and financial set back for the family as the system in the Philippines is much different to our healthcare system here in NZ...

We’re talking thousands of dollars per day.

Once Kent recovers from pneumonia he can take on his last round of chemo. All of which requires money. Kent is fighting for his family, his wife & three young kids. Your thoughts, prayers and donations are hugely appreciated.

Link below has more detailed updates as they come in.

Kia Kaha Kent, we are with you every step of the way. ❤

  • Let’s keep fundraising for our super man

      30 October 2019

We are re opening this page to continue raising much needed funds for Kent, as many of you may have seen, the Chemo Kent has been receiving has not been responding the way they had hoped. Jess & Kent are now looking at all alternatives and we would like to continue the support by fundraising to help them with this.

Thank you all for the incredible support so far!

    Love Emma & Nikki x

We just wanted to thank everyone so far for the incredible donations! We are overwhelmed by the generosity of friends, family, strangers.

Kent has had his first round of Chemo, which has been a tough tough week. He got to come home yesterday, we hope being home will lift his spirits and re charge him for his treatment for the upcoming weeks/months ahead.

We love you Kent and Jess. Stay strong, we are with you.

    Love Nik and Em xx
