Help this beautiful family have some quality time with their much loved dad and husband.

Guy Simpson is a devoted husband to Jackie, a loving father to Maisy and a really special friend to many. He has been given a diagnosis of ‘6 months - 2 years’ left to live. This isn't enough time to watch his beautiful daughter (almost 3) grow and do all the things he’s dreamed of doing with his amazing family.

In June 2018 Guy was diagnosed with salivary gland cancer. This is a very rare and aggressive cancer. It had spread from his salivary gland to his ear, jaw and neck. They operated at the start of July and removed it all. They gave him radiation on his face and neck in August last year for 6 weeks to make sure it didn’t come back. Devastatingly, he found a lump on his side in July this year and when they removed that it tested positive as cancer. Doctors have since found more cancer in his lungs, adrenals and on his shoulder.

He’s currently receiving radiation to help with the large tumour in his lung that's restricting his airway.

With this news comes big life decisions for the Simpsons. Guy no longer has the strength to do what he loves - work on their family farm... which is also their source of income and Jackie has to now think about life without Guy and amongst all this be there for her daughter whilst grieving herself.
