Help to pay for operation for dog

Please help me and my whanau get an operation for our kuri. He means the world to me I would be totally shattered if he left us. He is only 7 years old and Im not in a position to be able to come up with $1500 for his medication and operation. He is doing well at the moment and is on steroids and pills and things are calming down but the vet has said the best option is to have an operation, I would be appreciated for any kind of help.
