Help us create precious memories for Izzy

Our beautiful daughter Izzy is only 13 but for the past two years she has faced more than most people will experience in a lifetime.

Izzy has been courageously battling stage 4 alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. In January, our world shattered again when we learned her cancer had relapsed and unfortunately this time palliative care have become a part of Izzy’s care team

Since then, she has endured another round of chemotherapy, radiation and another resection surgery.

Through every treatment, hospital stay and setback, Izzy has shown extraordinary courage. She has fought so hard, with a strength far beyond her 13 years.

While she’s well enough, we desperately want to give her something happy to look forward to something that isn’t another appointment, procedure or hospital visit.

Our dream is to take Izzy to the Gold Coast to visit the theme parks, go shopping and let her enjoy being a teenager.

This would be so much more than a holiday. It would give us precious time away from hospitals and cancer, a chance to laugh, have fun and create beautiful memories we will carry in our hearts forever

We hope to raise enough for return flights from Auckland, family accommodation, themepark passes, transport & spending money for Izzy to choose some special things for herself.

Asking for help isn’t easy, but giving Izzy this experience would mean the world to us
