Help us get to Sydney to perform on our biggest stage yet and represent New Zealand at PolArt 2022

We are Polonus. A small Polish folk-dance group in Christchurch made up of 1st 2nd and 3rd generation New Zealanders of Polish origin.

We enthusiastically promote Polish national dances and dances from the Cieszyn region by regularly performing at multicultural events in Canterbury as well as Polish events around the country. Unfortunately, over the last few years, many of these events could not proceed. This has meant that not only have we not been able to get on stage and do what we love but we have missed out on our major fundraising opportunities.

And that’s why we need your help to get to PolArt Sydney 2022 in December!

PolArt! The biggest and the most popular Polish festival of its kind outside of Poland. For ten exciting and colourful days, it will bring together a crowd of artists, actors, musicians and dancers from all over Australia and New Zealand to showcase the best of Polish culture! We are honoured to have been invited once again to celebrate PolArt in Sydney at the end of the year but we need your help to get there and represent New Zealand in this fantastic celebration of Polish Culture!
