We've been through the Environment Court

Hello to all our supporters,
Yesterday we finished our hearing in the Environment Court after nearly nine days. Even though we are just a small community group, our team performed superbly (and we knew you were all backing us!). The issues we took to the Court certainly turned out to be the live ones. It would be unwise for us to speculate on the decision, but we are optimistic that the bats will be better off for our efforts.
We expect an interim decision by early December. The parties will then collaborate to formulate final conditions, and a final decision will come after that.
We are still very much in need of financial support (the invoices will start flowing!) so it would be wonderful if you could keep standing behind us by continuing to share the word about our page.
