    I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who donated and shared this page. Because of your kindness and generosity, we were able to fulfil Dayelle’s wishes and give her the beautiful burial she truly deserved.

    Yesterday, we held a private ceremony at a peaceful and beautiful location with her close family, friends, and work colleagues. We celebrated her life, shared heartfelt words and treasured memories, and surrounded her with vibrant flowers while the music she loved most played softly in the background. Together, we carried our beautiful Dayelle to her final resting place.

    May she rest in peace and love forever.

    Thank you for helping us honour her memory. Your love and support will forever be part of her story. This fund will now continue in support of her beloved son, helping him through life without his loving mother, and will remain open until February to aid in his guardian’s care.

  • Dayelle’s Last Day: A Quiet Ending to a Brave Fight

    Today, our beautiful Dayelle spent her final hours surrounded by the love and presence of her closest family, resting peacefully at home where she felt most comforted. Born on August 15th, 2001 at 3:33am, Dayelle brought light into the world from the very beginning. Since October, she had been bravely fighting a relentless battle with myeloid leukemia sarcoma, along with lymphoma. In her final days, she endured immense pain and discomfort, the toll of her illness heavy on both her body and spirit. But with the support of care and medication, her pain and anxiety were finally eased, allowing her a sense of calm in her final moments. She passed away peacefully at 3:40pm on August 5th, held in love and surrounded by those who meant the most to her. Her courage, strength, and deep kindness will remain forever in our hearts.
