Help Us Open Katikati Playgroup After Liquidation Setback

Bay of Plenty

Help Us Open Our New Katikati Community Playgroup!

We’re excited to share that we were almost ready to open a brand-new community playgroup for children 5 and under at the Katikati Toy Library, thanks to generous funding for new carpet. Unfortunately, the flooring company we paid our deposit to has gone into liquidation, leaving us $7,000 short and delaying our project.

We are asking for your support to help us raise the funds needed to cover this unexpected cost so we can finally open the doors to our community. Every contribution, big or small, will bring us one step closer to providing a fun, safe, and engaging space for local families.

Thank you for your support!

About us

The aim of the Toy Library is to provide access to a wide range of stimulating, educational and fun toys & games for children in the community, from birth through to ten years of age.

Use of funds

The funds raised will be used to cover the $7,000 shortfall caused by the flooring company's liquidation, allowing us to complete the installation of new carpet and open the playgroup.
