Help us to close Dad's final chapter.

After the unexpected passing of Neville, Hadley and I (Tyler) have been tasked with organizing Neville’s affairs while also bracing for some major life changes of our own with Dad’s Grandson arriving in September.

We regretfully have to sell Dad’s property. This covers his mortgage and other (extensive) debts that he left behind.

Dad was not in a good place when he passed, he tried his absolute hardest to combat his struggles with mental health and addiction. With his lack of life insurance, Hadley and I have been trying our hardest to get Dad's property into a state where it can be listed and sold but despite much manual labor, we have found it very financially difficult.

We have appealed to his executor and bank to no success. We fear the bank stepping in on the property and we still have several costs to cover before we can comfortably avoid a mortgagee sale.

This fundraiser will help cover the following:

Neville’s outstanding funeral costs (we have appealed to ACC but received no assistance).

Removal of the waste and inorganic materials left at Dad’s residence.

Professional Cleaner costs to tend to the area of the house where Dad passed.

Extensive work on the house and grounds is required before listing.

Funding to help acquire an agent to get the house on the market before any Bank intervention.

We love and appreciate anyone who took the time to read this, Neville had such a fantastic support group around him and such amazing friends and family.
