There is no one more deserving than Eugene to fullfill his entire lifes dream of Israel

Eugene is an incredible 70 year old gentleman. He was sadly diagnosed in October 2017 with Clear Cell Lung Cancer secondary to Renal Cancer, Eugene has recently had his treatment discontinued due to developing liver damage and is now classified as terminal and untreatable.
As a loving, unselfish and devoted father of 4 children Eugene (also known as Boots to many) has touched many lives throughout his 70 years through his ongoing support and his wise council to his family, close friends and any in need. Much of his life dedicated to others as a Paramedic of 40 years, a teacher and also a Christian Child Fund donator of 30 years to 7 children in need religiously.
Eugene refuses to be beaten and battles to remain positive and enjoy everyday.
Eugene's one dream throughout his entire life has been to travel to Israel. He is a wonderful god loving soul, who forfeited his dream of Israel last year to support his daughter Hannah in her time of need and sent her to England to meet and connect to her family and discover her history.
There is no more deserving man than Eugene, it is now his time in need and we pray that with your help we can gift him his life wish of going to Israel. We love you Eugene.
All funds will be gifted to Eugene so he can see his dream come true, flight tickets from NZ to Israel return in comfort, health insurance cover, travel insurance, accommodation, food and all travel costs he chooses to uptake on his Israeli Journey.

I am a close family friend of Eugene and his daughter Hannah. Eugene is terminally ill and dreams of going to Israel, Hannah and I want to make his final wish in life to come true.
Use of funds
All expenses will be paid for Eugene's dream including health and travel insurances, flights return etc. If things don't go to plan we wish to bring his son, brother and sister's from England to NZ return to be with him.

Finally an Update 6 July 2019
Hello to all that donated to Eugene's cause. This update has been a while coming as in the time between my starting this fundraiser up until now has been a bit of a rollercoaster for Eugene. Sadly serious health issues have developed over this time to a point in which Eugene is to unwell to travel his dream. As Eugene is such a determined and proud man this reality has been very difficult for him to come to terms with, he is such a fighter and strong willed man he continued to work as a paramedic saving others right up until he was hospitalized a few weeks ago, and I have to say he is a bloody fighter. This brings me to the second option for the donations, flighing a member of his family over from London which has now be accomplished and his son is now on his way. Thanks to all our family and friends out there.
Eugene is at present in the care of the Hospice and is hopefully going to be discharged to paletive homecare any day now as he is desparately wanting to get home.
My love goes out to Eugene as do my prayers and I shall continue to support him in any way I possibly can. Due to respecting Eugene's privacy I am not entitled to give information on his health issues. If he is happy to add a personal update of his own explaining his situation he will add it here shortly.
