Help Wai and her family to fight Stage 4 Bowel Cancer again.

Hi there. My name is Wai Morrison, a 44yr old woman and in 2020 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Bowel Cancer. In 2023 it spread to the left lung and was successfully resected at the end of 2023. A visit to my oncologist, a chest wall biopsy and a PET scan in early 2025 has revealed that it has now spread to the Chest Wall and left lung, again.

The Chest Wall tumor is inoperable and I am now preparing to head back into the Cancer Lodge for more radiation treatment.

I am a mum to three beautiful boys, a devoted wife, an active member of my community and a māmā who has more memories to create with and for my family.

With numerous health set backs over the past five years, you wouldn't even think I have been battling with Cancer. And until I started to share my story on social media, many people didn't even know I was sick.

I am someone who struggles to reach out for help but one thing I have learned over the past 5 years is that taking on a fight with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer is better fought with a team of caring and generous people who are in my corner and would like to support me and my family...so here I am reaching out to you 😊

Please support me and my family as we traverse and navigate our way through further radiation treatment as well as researching other options such as immunotherapy.
