As a cancer patient myself which includes lymphoma Im curious about car-t being used on solid tumours I have been advised it is suitable for bone marrow and blood cancers

Hi there 🤍 I’m so sorry you’re going through cancer treatment yourself.
Dad’s situation is Relapsed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), so the CAR-T pathway being explored is specifically for his lymphoma/blood cancer rather than a traditional solid tumour cancer.
I probably can’t really comment too much on suitability for other cancer types or individual situations sorry, as I’m still very much learning all of this myself while navigating Dad’s treatment journey.
I hope you get the treatment you need Jim.
