Help my beautiful partner and family pay for my funeral

Hi my name is Darren I was diagnosed with bowel cancer 18 mths ago . I've been having chemo for the last 12 mths hoping it would cure me unfortunately my latest scan on the 11/1/17 wasn't that promising the horrible cancer has spread and is not looking good I've been told it's terminal. I have 5 beautiful children and a beautiful loving partner who has been there for me all the way which I appreciate so much I don't no where I'd be with out her by my side.As for my kids Cohen David julia Darcy and Sarah I no it won't be easy for you all but just remember I LOVE you and will be watching over you all. I have been working full time while on chemotherapy to try and save as much money to pay for my funeral which hasnt been easy but the time will come soon when I won't be able to work at all and the last thing I want is to leave my beautiful family with the funeral cost as times are very hard. Any help will be much appreciated
