Jitesh and Preeti need your help

  • We are touched...

      31 March 2017

I shall be replying to all your wishes and comments individually soon. I just want to thank everyone that is supporting towards this cause. I am so proud to belong to such a loving and caring country. God Bless You All. Our family is touched to see the amount of support and wishes. Myself and Sunny Kaushal are also doing our best to raise awareness about this in the community and I shall be sharing the petition link in a separate update. Would mean a lot if you could sign and help take a firm stand towards this.

  • Jitesh - Hospital Review

      29 March 2017

Jitesh has visited the hospital today. He has had his stitches taken out. His arm has been affected with compartment syndrome.

His muscles in his arm are numb - cannot be used and no sensation can be felt. This condition takes a minimum of a 1-1.5 year to heal.

He has now been fitted with a micro-fibre cast.

  • Shocking feedback from insurance....

      28 March 2017

I am shocked to see that this is not considered as an "business interruption" where as the owners are not able to return to work.

    "Hi Raj,

I would not be able to proceed further without further information to support the sums in your email.

I'll await the profit and Loss Statements, in the interim please send through the Financial Statements dated year end March 2016 and information to support the stated sales figures.

I understand the unfortunate circumstance regarding the Insured not being fit for work, however, the Business Interruption Policy does not cover losses arising form personal injury but only Material Damage to insured Assets. It is important that the Insured attempt to mitigate loss and resume trading.

Please confirm when the shop till was replaced.

Any loss of income due to personnel injury would need to be logged with ACC for consideration.

Please also respond with Sai Drishti Ltd's bank deposit slip and once you respond with the documentation we can consider a progress payment."
