My mum has lost her eyesight and she desperately needs operation to regain some eyesight and live a normal life again.
Canterbury
My Very Dear Mum had a stroke in 2010 since the stroke her health deteriorated. In July 2013 my mum's sight began to deteriorate as she told us of only seeing dark patches, one week later it has gotten worse and then with little warning everything became much worse, everything became black and she is blind. We managed to pay for my mum to have initial surgery in both her eyes but needs to see another specialist and more treatment. Hence the need to ask for funds.
We dearly wish she can regain some sight and enjoy life to the fullest for the rest of her life. Its hard to accept everything happened so quickly with very little warning. Mama used to be so energetic and able to socialise, she was always very active. We used to tag her "Small but terrible" as she is really a terrific and the most loving mother. She gave all her life to us, her children. I just want to help her.
She has lost hope in getting help and time and again says I just wish to die because I feel useless, it really hurts deep down to hear it. We just want her to be happy again. We already do a lot of things to comfort her and make her feel useful and happy again. This is one more thing we can do, that's why we are doing this.
If possible please find in your heart the kindness to help my 68 year old mum have colour in her life again. Much and much love to you all.
All funds will go to his medical: doctor consultations, medications and her eye surgery.
